Session Fees

• Individual Psychotherapy Session (50 minutes): $200 (Available in person and via telehealth)
   

• Individual Music Therapy Session (50 minutes): $200 (Available in person and via telehealth)
   

• Guided Imagery and Music (GIM) Session (90 minutes to 2 hours): $250 (Available in person only)

Insurance & Reimbursement

I operate as an Out-of-Network provider. This model allows me to prioritize your complete privacy and tailor your treatment frequency entirely to your unique clinical needs without restrictions imposed by insurance companies.

• Superbills: Upon request, I can provide a monthly statement called a "Superbill." You can submit this document directly to your insurance company to seek potential Out-of-Network reimbursement

• Out-of-Network Benefits: I highly recommend calling your insurance provider prior to our first session to ask about your "Out-of-Network outpatient mental health benefits" to understand what percentage of the fee your plan might cover.

• Sliding Scale Options: I offer a sliding scale for clients who need financial flexibility and do not have or do not wish to use Out-of-Network insurance benefits. Please feel free to inquire about availability.

Payment is due at the time of your scheduled session. I accept the following payment methods:

Cancellation Policy

Your session time is explicitly reserved for you each week. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice may be billed at the full session fee.​​​

Good Faith Estimate

Under the law, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency services. Since our therapy sessions are scheduled at will and at an agreed-upon rate, there should be no unexpected costs. However, I will provide you with the Good Faith Estimate after our 20-minute consultation, once we have scheduled your first appointment. Rates for services outside the therapy hour are explained in the consent form you will be given and asked to sign.
